We provide handyman, repair, installation, cleaning, and related home services in and around St. Petersburg and Pinellas County, FL. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a written or verbal agreement on scope and pricing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project we determine is outside our scope of expertise or licensing.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Free quotes are provided as estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may differ once we assess the job on-site. We will communicate any material change to the estimate before proceeding with work. You are not obligated to accept a quote, and there is no charge for the initial estimate.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. If we are delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless other terms are arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Any deposits required for materials will be clearly communicated before work begins.
6. Warranties and Liability
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for a project will be provided in your service agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Big Jon's Handyman Services LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
